Meeting opened at 2.38 pm

 

Present:   Kezia Purick, Leisa Baldwin, Wayne Bennett, Strider, Jo Vandermark, Heather Boulden, Jeremy Hemphill, Sophie O’Rourke.

 

Apologies:  Gemina Corpus, Alan Anderson, Lyn Reid, Brian Reid, Bridgit Wilson, Jane Moore, Penny Wurm, Ross Trevena.

 

Minutes of Previous Meeting: Acceptance moved Jeremy, seconded Leisa. Carried.

 

Treasurer’s Report:  Presented by Leisa who moved acceptance. Seconded Jeremy. Carried.

 

Chairperson’s Report: Presented by Heather who moved acceptance. Seconded Kezia. Carried.

 

Election of Office Bearers:

  • Chairperson: Heather Boulden, (Nominated by Jo/Kezia) elected unopposed
  • Vice Chairperson: Leisa Baldwin, (Leisa/Heather) elected unopposed
  • Treasurer: Leisa Baldwin, (Leisa/Heather ) elected unopposed
  • Secretary: Jeremy Hemphill, (Jo/Kezia) elected unopposed
  • Committee elected:
    • Wayne Bennett, (Leisa/Heather)
    • No nominations received for three other positions -  to be filled as casual vacancies
  • Public Officer:  Jeremy Hemphill (Kezia/ Leisa) elected.

 

Other Business:  Appointment of Auditor: Tanya Gamble elected (Leisa/ Wayne).
