Friends of Fogg Dam Inc. have been successful in applications for the following grants for 2011-12.

  • 2011-12 Northern Territory Government EnvironmeNT Grant of $8,000 to continue with Parks & Wildlife Fogg Dam to work towards eradicating Olive Hymenachne, a weed of national significance and in the Northern Territory (NT), declared a Class B (growth and spread to be controlled) and a Class C (not to be introduced to the NT) weed.
  • 2011-12 Northern Territory Government EnviromeNT Individual Project Grant of $5,000 to organise a Field Day to promote awareness of conservation issues both at Fogg Dam and acoss other wetland systems with particular focus on wildlife conservation and climate change.
  • 2011-12 Northern Territory Government Heritage Grant of $10,000 to desisgn and install roadside markers for a Humpty Doo Rice Trail and prodice an audio guide for each site.
